The first leg of CAF Confederation Cup 2025 will held on 17 May between RS Berkane and Simba. The 1st leg will be played in Berkane Municipal Stadium, Berkane and match official for the game reported to be "Pierre Atcho". The 2nd leg of the match held 25 May 2025 in Amaan Stadium, Zanzibar City.
The two teams who reach the final will make massive money from the competition. The organizers of the competition increase the prize money of the competition from $1.25m to $2m for the teams from 2009-2023.

- The team which finished 4th in the group stage will earn share $400k in 2025, In previous yearn the fourth finishing team in group stage earn $275k.
- The team finished 3rd in the group stage will earn share of $400k in 2025, in past $275k offered as prize money awarded for 3rd place finishing team in group stage from 2009-2020.
- Each four teams in the quarter finals who lost their matches will earn share of $550k in 2025. The four teams who made to the semi finals, from those four teams, the two losing semi finalists, earn $750k each.
- Maximum prize money $2m offered to the winners of the CAF Confederation Cup 2025 winners and runner-ups share reported $1 million.
